At Tyne Valley Health and Wellbeing C.I.C, we are proud of the positive impact we’ve made in 2023 and 2024. Our efforts have fostered a healthier, more connected community, driven by our commitment to physical and mental well-being. This year, several key projects have highlighted our dedication to enhancing life for Tyne Valley residents.
Our community projects have been key to our success, addressing health and well-being needs. We've partnered with local organisations to deliver workshops, health fairs, and educational programs, empowering individuals with the knowledge and resources for healthier lives. These initiatives include mental health support through our walking group, a more active and social approach to improving mental wellbeing.
