Our friendly thursday walking group is open to people of all fitness levels and backgrounds. We meet weekly to explore local paths, parks and green spaces at a comfortable pace, combining gentle exercise with conversation and companionship.
These walks help improve physical health, reduce feelings of isolation and support positive mental wellbeing. Many participants have formed lasting friendships and look forward to the social side of the group as much as the walking itself. Everyone is welcome —check our facebook page for information on times and locations for the week.
